Cancellation Policy

A 24- hour cancellation notice is required or fee will apply.
If cancelled last minute or do not show for your appointment, a payment is required for the full amount of service booked for that appointment. Also, any future appointments will be prepaid in full before being booked.
In the case of a Groupon or Gift Certificate the voucher will be redeemed if cancelled in under 24 hours or no show.
While we do understand that everyone has a busy schedule and circumstances do happen, this is how we make a living. It is unfair to clients and staff that could have booked at that time. Thank you.​
