Eyelash Extensions

Eyelash Extensions are single synthetic/mink/silk lashes that are applied to each of your individual natural lashes one at a time, with a small amount of high-grade medical adhesive. If applied correctly, they are virtually undetected by you or anyone else. They will add length, thickness, and fullness that can't be achieved by traditional make up.

Here are some helpful hints for Eyelash Extensions
- Avoid water for the first 24 hours. Eyelash extensions are water-resistant, not waterproof.
This includes washing your face/make-up, working out (sweating), showering, and swimming after your extensions are applied. Wash around your lashes.
- Clean your eyelashes daily after the first 24 hrs. This will eliminate any excess oils and make-up that get trapped between the skin and the lashes and builds up. It will cause the adhesive to break down and can also cause infection. You can use a lash cleanser or even a small amount of Baby Shampoo.
- Stay away from oil- oil based products, creams, moisturizers and anything with oil in it near your lashes. Rice papers are good to use to eliminate oil around your eye area. Use an Oil-Free make up remover.
-Do not rub your eyes. Generally, you should keep your hands away from your eyes to avoid bacteria transfer and infection. But for lash extensions, when you rub your eyes you risk pulling your natural lash out prematurely. Also, the oils from your fingers will break down the components in the adhesive.
- Its ok to go swimming after the 24 hour period. If you decide to go swimming, make sure that you spray your eyelashes afterward with bottled/ non-chlorinated water.
Lash Lift or Lash Perm is the process of curling your natural lashes from the root upward which creates the look of lengthening that lasts 6-8 weeks. Like extensions, it opens up the eye and gives you a younger appearance.
- Avoid getting them wet for a 24 hour period.
- No need for a lash curler
- You are able to wear mascara since they are your natural lashes.
- Humidity, steam rooms, saunas, and hot tubs may cause the curl to straighten.
A 24- hour cancellation notice is required or fee will apply. In the case of a Groupon, the voucher will be redeemed if cancelled in under 24 hours or no show. While we do understand that everyone has a busy schedule, this is how we make a living. It is unfair to clients and staff that could have booked at that time. Thank you.
